    One Kings Lane needed to focus on providing excellent products and great value, not navigating the complex world of freight shipping. Their ideal freight partner would provide freight expertise in LTL and truckload shipping, quality account service, easy access reporting and reliable low-cost freight.

    The Process

    Freightquote first gained an understanding of the exact challenges One Kings Lane was experiencing. Fully grasping their needs would give us the ability to create a complete solution.

    We started by first tackling One Kings Lane’s freight costs with a Freight Spend Analysis. With about 30 days of freight history, we started looking for a way to show them significant savings.

    Reports were customized and created to suit the needs of One Kings Lane.

    A dedicated service representative was assigned to their account, alongside an experienced freight broker, ensuring we would meet the level of service required of their freight partner.

    One Kings Lane was trained on accessing the automated reporting that was created for their needs. They can now quickly access all of their freight history and shipment details.
